So we offer various payment methods to complete customer's purchase without any hurdle 70% advance payment is mandatory to place the order and balance 30% will be done before dispatch of products.we will send the high resolution images of the products to get customer's confirmation for dispatch. Once we receive the payment we will dispatch you're order from our end.

Payment Method: We accept the payments through visa,mastercard,debit cards, net banking,Bank account transfer thru NEFT/RTGS/IMPS and cheque/Draft drop.

URS OVERSEAS CO. doesn't accept the cancellation of products after 2 days of order recieving. Customer can cancel the order withing 2 days after placing the order, revoking amount of 20% will be deducted from the order value and balance payment will be done by bank transfer.

For cancellation beyond 2 days,we will not able in position to do refund the amount.

  • WILL METAL COATING GET PEELED OR FADE OFF AFTER SOMETIME?

    No, we ensure you that nothing like happens no metal coating get peeled and nor face off after sometime.however, expected life for this is 10 years or more.

  • CAN WE USE CHEMICALS TO CLEAN THE PRODUCTS?

    You can use only collin to just clean the products.we don't recommend any other hard chemical like harpic and all etc. Kindly Note, there might be slightly variation in metal shades customized products which doesn't come under any kind of manufacturing deffects.Also,note that wood has inherent qualities such as marginal differences in stain and varnish,unique grain patterns etc. which may slightly vary from sample provide or approved.
    NOTE: Before placing the order kindly check the dimensions of entrnace door,stairs or lift of you're premise to avoid any problem at the time of loading and unloading of products. In such a situation we won't able to replace the product or cancel the order. Most of the furniture products are assembled while some require assembly, we provide assembly service only in Delhi/NCR. In the case of outer from Delhi/NCR you need to arrange a carpenter /Fabricator from you're end.
